was hoping for bean sprouts
I was attempting to grow bean sprouts for egg rolls. I've tried 2 different techniques but only get small sprouts, seed do not open full and have a very green taste. Its due to my ignorance so not the quality of the beans

Wonderful, fresh product
Well first off when I torn the package open part of the zip lock was not attached. As that would coz a problem with the future freshness I tried to glue it back. That didnt work so I just put a clip on it. But it was very fresh now. I sprouted the beans the first day I already had tiny sprouts. I ate them 5 days later and they were wonderful. Fresh and delicious!!!

Excellent for sprouting!
Great product. These beans quickly germinated into delicious sprouts! Exactly what I was expecting. If your plan is to use Mung Beans in traditional "medicine", please go see an actual doctor instead. (Many other mung beans on Amazon are advertised for this use.)They lose one star because of false advertising when they say "non-GMO" and "GMO-free". All crops have been genetically modified by humans. The correct term is (non-)transgenic. As far as I know, transgenic mung beans do not exist. (I dislike the term "genetically engineered" because it is misleading, but it is technically correct.)
