My husband and I both love zipfizz. This is my favorite flavor, but we haven't had one we don't like yet. We keep a variety of these on hand at all times and they are our go-to-source for energy. It's such a nice way to get a little pick-me-up without having to pop a pill or drink something that causes more harm than good.These mixes contain a proprietary energy blend including guarana, ginseng, ginger root, grape seed extract, and select amino acids. They also include a full list of vitamins and minerals that serve as electrolytes, making this a healthy energy mix for sure.These mixes all provide an excellent boost, mentally and physically. It doesn't come on too strong, rather it's more gradual and mild. I don't have any nasty jitters, which is cool. Ideally this would be great if you want a head start to your post workout recovery or a supplement for the mid-day slump.A tube contains 100mg of caffeine. All flavors of Zipfizz energy drink have the same caffeine amount, which is extracted from Guarana seed and Green Tea.I had the opportunity to review 6 flavors of this mix. Each were mixed in the recommended 16oz of water, so none tasted overly intense or diluted.My Rating of the Flavors (I haven’t tried the Berry flavor).1. Fruit Punch - Almost exactly like a juice mix from the grocery store with a nice tang.2. Orange Cream - This seriously tastes like an orange cream push-up pop!3. Grape – Tastes like grape concentrate, like what you'd find in a juice box.4. Orange Soda - Great orange taste very similar to a juice mix from concentrate.5. Pink Lemonade - Like citrus, except with stronger flavors. Has a sweet and sour bite to it.6. This healthy energy drink can be used once or twice everyday. I have used it instead of coffee for 10 years. There is a little green tea caffeine in it, but is equal to the caffeine in a small cup of tea. Yet, Zipfizz has more electrolytes than Gatorade, but without the sugar. The amazing amount of both types of B-12 (both fast absorbed for immediate energy and slow absorbed B-12 for long term energy) makes you wake up and get things accomplished with no jitters. Zipfizz contains a huge amount of Vitamin C and many other vitamins and minerals. It is sweetened with Xylitol, which sounds artificial, but actually comes from birch bark and berries. Xylitol has been studied for 20+ years, is expensive, is still used by Trident Original Gum, and has been found to protect against tooth cavities and rectal cancer. Best thing about Zipfizz is that IT WORKS! Don't over do it, or you may experience cramps. If you do cramp at night, back of Zipfizz to once a day, half a tube, or whatever makes your body and spirits thrive.

Many members of my family take this everyday. I add a fiber supplement to it. I drink it every single day. I’m glad it comes in different flavors so you don’t get tired of it. I take a lot of meds so didn’t want to take another capsule.

I ADORE Zipfizz. Filled with all good ingredients. Tasted it when it was being tested at a box store. I immediately felt pleasantly alert, with no jitters whatsoever. Had my strict physician check the ingredients. He approved it. There is a tiny bit of caffeine in it. I believe that the guarana (sp) has a bit of calming quality. IT IS PACKED WITH VITAMIN B12, a vitamin most everyone in deficient in. I try never to run low. It has come down in price since I began using purchasing it. Amazon sells it at the best price point. The Variety Pack, 30 Count, is the most economical. All the flavors are very tasty, but I could live without grape. You can purchase a box of the flavor you prefer, but it’s not worth the added cost. Highly recommended !!

this will wake you up. it has the caffine of three sodas. which I have found is way to much and my blood pressure goes up. so I use 1/3 the powder. it tastes fine. I try not to drink cokes because of fructose corn syrup not being great for you. but other sweetners are not either. so pick your poison. but if you have a very high BP reading, remember if you had a whole tube earlier. dont panic ,just take your bp again the next day. because I did panic , until I put 2 and 2 together. I had 2 tubes in. one day. I had not slept well for several days. BP was SCARY HIGH these really might as well be sold as energy drinks. too much is not good for you. but carbonation is not good for acid reflux. so again pick your poison. I really love cokes and we all know mcdonald fountain cokes are the best. its a whole thing. Google it if you are not aware why this is true

Due to some stomach sensitivity over time, I had to wean myself off my coffee intake. Anyone who's been drinking coffee for years and years knows exactly how that goes, and so a week or two in I was scrambling to find some kind of caffeine crutch to get me through it. Enter Zipfizz. I've been adding it to my water for about a month now and it's smooth sailing. I mix about a fifth of a tube into 20 oz of water and repeat that process about four times a day. This way I get my caffeine fix, no jitters, and it adds a little flavor to what would ordinarily be plain old water. The vitamins are a really nice bonus on top.I did mix in a full tube a couple times, which was like drinking an entire pot of coffee, but I'm not looking for that kind of energy boost on a regular basis.
