and she was thrilled! She has been living in the US for many years so reminders of her homeland are very appreciated. She shared these with her daughter who was visiting at the time they arrived, and she called me immediately to tell me how much they enjoyed them. My friend is 96 years old and a survivor of the German starvation tactics of WWII, so I enjoy giving her things I think she would appreciate. These fit the bill.

What's not to like. Dangerously good treat. If you want to spoil your dinnerguests, serve this with a dollop of vanilla ice cream on top as the finaleof your evening. These are super if you place them on top of a steamingcup of coffee or tea... Two Warnings: for those who avoid toffee due tofang issues, you want to heat these before eating. And for those who areavoiding sugar, well, pretend you never saw this review.

I know this product well however this order the waffles were stale. Microwaving for a second improved the product.

Have never eaten these but these are my gifts when all else fails me. Never a complaint.

Like the cinnamon flavor and the soft gooey caramel in the middle! Delish!
