Sport Gripp II Hand Exerciser

My thumb has been hurting for many months and I have no idea what I did to it. When I realized that I had not been using it, so it had grown weak, I used this to help strengthen my thumb. I noticed a difference after the first time using it, and there was a substantial difference within a few days. I continue to use it to keep it strong. There is a spot that has torn through, but the ball is made with more than one layer so that it won't wear through in the same spot every time.

This is the best exercise/stress ball that I've come across and I've tried many. Comfortable, durable and very effective for hand, grip and forearm strength. I have purchased several and keep one in the car while in traffic, one in the office while on calls and a few around the house. Very pleased with my purchase!

I've gone through two of these in what I would consider a rather short period of time. If you use them everyday or even more than casually they will tear or rip, most likely. Not the best for extended or heavy use.

You can squeeze the ball comfortably, but the surface texture is not what I was expecting, and the ball does not return to shape on its own. This is not a bad choice, but it is not a great choice or value either.

I think this hand exerciser is great. I give this a strong thumbs up. (pun intended. lol!) It seems to be made of good quality material and it is good for the hands. It probably is therapeutic for the mind as well, like a stress reliever. An example is when I get mad at my husband, I just throw it at him.lol! I'm kidding about that, but I really do believe it helps with stress.

I purchased this item after my husband suffered a severe break to his thumb in a motorcycle accident. He is an avid tennis player and uses this each day to rehabilitate. It's malleable- but firm enough that it's building strength back in his hand. He's used it for 2 months (almost every day) and it's holding up well.

In this ever growing stressful economy, we could all use some down time to ourselves to unwind and relax. However, if vacation days are non-existent, this little Gripp Ball works wonders for strengthening your hand muscles and relaxing your mind. It is a mini-stress reliever that fits in your purse and well worth the price. Gripp away your stress!!

Fell apart (cover split open) after just a few uses. Save your money.
