Peg Perego Polaris RZR 900 12 Volt Ride On, Pink

This is our second Peg Perego toy vehicle. We purchased the Gator three years ago for our son and it's still going strong. Given the good quality and great experience we have had with the Gator, we chose to stick with Peg Perego brand when purchasing a toy car for our daughter. We got her the pink Razr and she loves it! The Peg Perego cars are a little more expensive but I believe they're better quality. When the unit arrived it was missing a few of the decorative pieces. I contacted their customer service and received the missing pieces within a few days. Totally hassle free.

My wife and I bought this Razor for our two girls. THEY LOVE IT! We got it May of 2014. My girls were shy of 1 and shy of 4 years old. They have been using it since. We ride around the neighborhood, in the country...fields, dirt, mud, grass, etc, and in the mountains camping. The plastic wheels don't give it much traction on cement or concrete but it works well enough for other terrain. It's also fast enough when fully charged. It's faster than other ride on toys I have seen when other family or friends bring theirs over. I recommend buying another battery to give them more riding time. One battery lasts around 2 hours, which is plenty of time. Charging time is long though. So either buy a spare battery to keep charged or the super charger which charges the battery in 2 hours.The seats have 2 adjustable settings to help with leg room. I have the passenger seat moved up so my 1 1/2 year old (now) can be closer to hold on to the handle. I also created a safety harness seatbelt system for the passenger seat with a safety net for my little one to ride the passenger seat with my older driving her around. It's as safe as could be.Also, a 6 year old neighbor rides our razor from time to time and she fits well. I imagine this will be a good fit for my girls for years to come. Even after my oldest outgrows it (maybe around 7-8 years), my younger one can still use it. She has other young cousins whom she can enjoy it with on our camping trips or when they come to visit.

This product was absolutely disappointing in so many ways. The quality of the materials was very poor and and made with cheap, flimsy plastic. I searched for vehicles for my daughter, who is six, and this was the only one that I thought was going to meet all my criteria so I was really excited about giving it to her for Christmas; however, after giving it to her and assembling it my husband and I realized it wasn't going to work. The description for this car says it can accommodate a child over 100 plus pounds; however, the vehicle itself is built for someone the size of a two-year old. It has two of the tiniest seats and the distance from the seats to the pedals is so short that I'm not even sure a small two-year old child wodld fit without having to bend their legs. The color is also very different than the picture. The picture shows a duller pink versus the pink panther pink I'm looking at right now.Now that I have assembled this I can't return it. Instead I am stuck trying to figure out a way to take out the seats so she can sit in it comfortably and find a way to cut the plastic dashboard so she can reach the pedals without having to bend her legs. The price is also high for something that I now have to alter just to get it to work. My other complaint is that this cost me almost $400 but a few days after purchasing it the price was lowered by about $75 and I wasn't able to get my price adjusted.So to recap-the quality, color, capacity, and price were all very disappointing, I'm out almost $400, and I have a very, very disappointed daughter.

The battery in this thing last forever. As long as you charge it for the recommended time the first time it should be good to go for quite a while before needing to be charged again. And that's with the hills in my yard

We ordered the Peg Perego RZR for our 3 yr old daughter's Christmas present 2016. When we opened the box and began putting it together, we discovered the plastic dashboard was cracked. Unfortunately, this was 1.5 weeks out from Christmas day and Amazon was sold out of the Peg Perego RZRs at this point. They offered to let us return it or get half of our money back. Since it was so close to Christmas, we decided to keep the RZR and use glue to attempt to fix the issue. Amazon was excellent to work with during this ordeal. The cracked dashboard is the only reason I am giving the RZR 4 stars.According to my husband and grandfather, the RZR is fairly easy to put together. In the beginning, our 3 year old was a little apprehensive about driving the RZR. Once she figured out how to operate it she became much more confident. Overall, the RZR is a great ride on and handles different types of terrain very well. We have ridden on gravel, paved roads, and grass without any issues. Sometimes it will spin out on grass, but our daughter can put it in second gear and move on. We bought a second battery as a back up, but after a month, the original battery still has not needed charging. Granted, we have been limited on the amount of time out daughter has ridden the toy due to weather conditions. Once our one year old son gets old enough, we will buy him a red RZR, so we would recommend this item.

We purchased this for my daughter as we heard the peg perego brand lasted long for our friends. While it has been a great purchase and my daughter loves it, I’ll warn you, plan for assembly time. It took my husband 2 hrs to assemble! Some of the parts in my opinion could have been assembled in the factory for ease of assembly at home but what do I know! Other than assembly time, it’s been a great product so far!

Box was a total mess, looks like it was returned once, already factory tape was ripped off, box had holes all over it and did not come with the charger, so my kids can use it right now. Is it possible to get a new/replacment charger sent out?
