other than packaging, could not tell it from new
I've waited a while to review this phone so that I could see how it would perform over time, and not just out of the box. After nearly a month of regular use, it seems like a great phone. I've noticed no issues with function or performance. Though a "renewed" item, you couldn't distinguish it from a new one. I came from an LG G8, so happy to continue on with a familiar interface. I'd prefer a smaller phone, but this is a hair bigger than my old one, but nothing I can't live with. Hope it lasts, but so far no seeing no reason to think it won't.

Refurbished for a Reason!
Unfortunately, this item was refurbished for a (actually several) reason(s). Beware of purchasing repaired things, they may (as in this case) still have multiple glitches...

Phone is great OS sucks.
Ok I would give this 5 stars if it wasn't for Google being stupid with their OS. It's running Android 13.I hate this OS more than any system google has made to date. The phone runs great battery lasts a long time. For the way I use this phone it lasts for three days. But I just can't describe how bad the system is. I have had the worst time getting my files in any order My DCIM folder is totally screwed up. There are many times that I just don't know what to do while looking at my new pictures and trying to move them into group folders.I guess I will have to take the chance and root this phone.

Wonderful phone.
Wonderful phone. Great canera. I have been using mine since 2020. The charging port was getting worn so I bought a wireless charger works great. This is a really worthwhile purchase. I have had two of them. I dropped the first one on a tile floor and then bought a second one. The camera is so good!!!!

Incredible device for it's age, still strong
This LG V60 ThinQ 5G UW is a fantastic product. Came in great shape. Very versatile phone, absolutely packed with features and performance for the price point in 2023, seeing as the model was released a few years ago by now. Not a bad CPU/GPU benchmark performer either, I think the Wild Life test was around 3800. Super find! I appreciate the quality the seller sent me, description was accurate. Also supports a dual screen case! I didn't even know that when I purchased this. Sure it's an extra 200 bucks, but for anybody looking to multitask applications on separate screens, that was a pretty cool feature to learn after the fact. But, for my very specific/fringe purposes, it fell short. That's not the seller's fault... it was a try and find out, because specific USB-C protocols are not documented to exact device to device compatibility. This model doesn't support the newer protocol I need to use my large external touchscreen monitor with it.I wanted to use it to simultaneously BT cast/mirror to a large Phillips TV, and at the same time connect the USBc cable to a large USBc 3.0 external touchscreen monitor. While the LG V60 casts very well, the external touchscreen USBc support was lacking. (The external touch screen monitor works with other high-end devices, so it was isolated to the LG.) It's either a driver or a hardware spec.Great product, just didn't fit my particular need.(This is a genuine review by an individual consumer unaffiliated to this product or seller. I do not receive anything for this review or any others.)

I loved this phone
I miss my LG phones every day. The V60 was amazing and I used it until the battery wore out and expanded out of the chassis. Having a headphone jack, a beautiful screen, good battery life, and modern specs was an amazing combo. LG's implementation of Android has been my favorite across all of the phone's I've had, and was so much better than Samsung it's not even funny. I'm on a Google Pixel 8 Pro now, but I miss my V60 every day. Heck, I miss my LG V20. The LG V series of phones was the greatest of all time. RIP LG phones.
