Yep! They really do crackle😃👏🏻 And the logs last the full 3 hours as promised

It lights up just fine and burns well with a nice flame, so absolutely no issues there; BUT...the crackle flame thing is nonexistent; no crackles at all; or at least, so low key it was irrelevant.

Logs wouldn’t ignite and there was no crackling as marketed. Poor product.

I like this product.

Have bought these many times and will continue to do so! They provide a very nice fire even when used alone and even better when you add your own logs! Highly recommend!!
