My children love this product -so, I do give it 4 stars. I do have several problems, though with this product when it arrived though. 1) the ball came without a battery cover so we are unable to use. I am getting a refund and will be returning (but I will be repurchasing because, what my children could do with everything, they loved). Secondly...I also ordered the little emergency cars that went along with the product. the battery cover to 1 of the cars broke very easily and they were not able to use. Then, for the one of the cars included in this pack -they could use both right away, but then the battery cover started not connecting well and so that car does not work now. So -out of the 4 cars and 1 ball ordered to go with the track, only 2 cars work well - all due to battery cover issues.If you get this product (which overall, I do recommend because the kids love it), I recommend not letting the kids try to put in batteries. I have older children (a 9 and 10 year old) who were helping with set up) - and they were not careful enough on the cars. (The ball just did not come with a cover so - that was not the kids fault). The one cover broke easily, immediately and the other worked for a day or so..but that second car..I am not sure why it just started not connecting with the battery cover....it could be defective parts, honestly...(but, I will not rule out a child being too rough with things).Over all -the kids have fun and love the product. On the downside, quality is lacking.

My son woke up saying fire truck. Lol. He has been playing with it for hours everyday since he got it. Im thinking he was dreaming of it too.Little advice though. If your kid has long hair, make sure they don't bring the wheels close to their hair while it's on. It's not super difficult to remove the hair. No cutting needed just some gentle untangling.

My 7 year old grandson loves these tracks. The RollBot is cute but kind of slow so he mostly plays with the cars which I bought to go with it. The tracks stay together well. Since they are flexible he can curve them and raise them for variation but they won't stay up to make a bridge without support. We solved that by using Legos and other toys to make tunnels, bridges and bumps. That by itself was fun although it would be easier to just buy the accessories.

Super love the concept but the ball does not perform as well on the track as I feel it should. My grandson will still love it. It can be used off the track too. I combined this with another set that includes emergency vehicles and they are super duper. The extra track from this set makes a larger and better track.

I like the twister tracks and their easy design to set up. I've bought a couple of twister tracks already with cars for my son. I was very happy to see that this one combined the great tracks along with a self propelling ball. I knew my son would go crazy for it...Well the excitement only lasted a couple of minutes after opening the box and laying the ball on the tracks. The main issue is that the ball is too slow to navigate around the tracks, I wasn't expecting speed-racer movement but certainly not so slow as to see my son's face filled with disappointment and boredom after the first lap around the tracks. Needless to say, a let down for us. The 2 stars are for the tracks which are always easy to assemble. If the ball had been by itself I would be giving zero stars if I could.

The track is great but the ball has a hard time moving on track on carpet. I think we should have gone with the car not the ball. The ball does work well if taken off the track and left to roam the house. This is what my son has ended up doing.

My kids love this thing. But we have to replace the cars and the ball we got for the track. They don't hold up to well to a 18 month old being rough with them.

It's cool. The ball can also wander aimlessly around your house too which my kids thought was hysterical. They made tracks under the couch, through boxes with holes cut in them. Pretty cool.
