If you like the taste of dill pickle juice like I do, then you’ll love these. They are a tasty pickle juice blend. But moreover, they work great for muscle cramps! I am a musician and during gigs, if I’ve had a couple of beers, my fingers and hands will sometimes go into spasms, making it hard to keep playing. I can down one of these and the cramps subside in minutes! I also get night leg cramps. This product also works great for that as well. The only downside, is they are a little spendy. But the convenience of the individual shots and quality, are worth it to me. Would highly recommend if you suffer from muscle cramps!

We use these to obtain fast relief from cramping in our extremities. Works great! The only caveat is that they contain a lot of salt. People on low sodium diets should be aware.

It’s very good taste and ingredient wise but second time I ordered a gallon and the caps are leaky. Will leak liquid if shook and def do not lay sideways in fridge. What goes is this a manufacturer defect?

These work great for muscle cramps. I keep some beside my bed so I can take one right away when I get leg cramps at night. They are strong tasting so I also keep saltines with them so I don't get stomach upset. After years of trying to walk off leg cramps I am grateful for the immediate relief I get when I drink just one pickle juice shot. I always make sure I have a supply on hand.

It tastes good. Good value for the quantity. Would be great with turmeric.

This juice actually does work,I'm 82 years old and get severe cramp I'm my hands,sometimes both seize up,I keep a bottle of Pickle juice in my car,also I keep a supply in my fridge,with one bottle cap loosened ready for immediate use,it works in under,a minute,you don't even need to swallow it.i would not be without this product. Fabulous product, works fast, allows me to go right back to sleep. So I have been taking a shot of pickle juice before going to bed for several months now. Not every night just because who can eat pickles that fast. My order arrived on Friday. I had already purchased another product which works very well but the 2 Health food stores were closed most days from just before Christmas until last Thursday the one downtown was open I was downtown, stopped in a purchased 2 packages. So I had already taken some of the other product when my pickle juice arrived. I did not use it that night, because I do know the other one works very well. Friday I worked my usual shift, 4 hours on hard floors step count was 9,633 steps. The bottle said to take before exercise or right after a cramp starts, I took a bottle out of the box and went to bed. 1:30 AM the cramp started at my waist and made its way down to my toes. I got out of bed like usual to walk the cramp out. Walked to the dining room picked the bottle up, opened it and drank it. Turned around and went back to bed. A cramp that strong usually comes back about every 15 minutes for the rest of the night. I went to sleep and did not wake up until my alarm went off. I did not need it last night, only had a small cramp ankle to toes about 5:30 AM, at that time I didn't want to get out of my nice warm bed for any reason because I am up for the day at 6:00 AM. I know I will be ordering this product again, it isn't even that high in sodium.

This stuff does what it says on the label. I've used this product a dozen or so times when the weather is hot, or I feel my legs may twinge before or during a bike ride. Generally have a bottle with me for these reasons. Breath through your nose, head back and shot the bottle and you won't be dry reaching! Always helpful to have a drink of water on hand to wash down the final taste.
