This was a gift and very well received. It is kind of a gag gift, but this person likes to go hiking and I don't want them to get lost. It is well made, heavy and easy to read. It should last a lifetime and beyond.

Very handy, good size, accurate

This compass work for two months and two days. I looked at the compass this morning and it was NO LONGER SPINNING. Yes it stopped working. The case is nice, so I am going to try and pop out the compass and replace it with another. Oh well what a waste!!!!

The first one of these I bought was broken. I ordered another while it wasn't broken. It was still not great quality

The compass seems very sturdy and well made. This compass doe not have a magnetized needle but automatically will show you the North direction

Tested with other compasses and this one was significantly off. Too cheap to return.

High quality product. Works perfectly. Matches up exactly with my other compasses and the compass app on my iPhone. I’m using this as part of a kit for long range shooting, and I also attach a string and use the compass as a “plumb bob” when I’m stapling targets up.

As far as I can tell the compass simply does not work. Will return.
