Q: Would this size fit a child 6 years old,about a size 7?

My son is turning 7 next month and it fits him fine and he wears 6/7 clothes. He's about 49 inches tall and 52 pounds if that helps.

Q: can an adult woman wear the cape ?? not looking for it to be long, more concerned about going around my neck..
