Well made for the price
Material is on the cheaper side. But you can't expect much, fits pretty good so far. "Haven't been out with it on all day" full size taurus pt945 fits snug. For 20$ you really can't beat it!

It aint much but it is what it is.
The POYOLEE Shoulder Holster offers a convenient carrying solution for compact firearms, but it comes with some limitations that potential buyers should be aware of.At first glance, the holster seems well-constructed and sturdy, with adjustable shoulder straps for a customized fit. However, upon closer inspection, it became apparent that the holster's sizing may not be suitable for all compact arms. While it advertises compatibility with compact firearms, some users may find that their specific models are a bit too snug for comfort. This was the case for me, as I discovered that my compact firearm was slightly too large for the holster. While I could force it in, the fit was uncomfortably tight, and I worried about potential damage to the firearm over time. This limitation significantly detracted from the holster's overall appeal and usability.Despite this issue, the POYOLEE Shoulder Holster does have some positive attributes. The shoulder straps are padded for added comfort during extended wear, and the overall construction feels durable and reliable. Additionally, the holster offers quick and easy access to the firearm when needed, which is essential for users prioritizing convenience and accessibility. In conclusion, while the POYOLEE Shoulder Holster may work well for some users with appropriately sized compact firearms, others may find it too small and restrictive. It's essential to carefully consider the dimensions of your firearm before purchasing to ensure a proper fit. While the holster has its merits, its limitations prevent it from earning a higher recommendation.

As I expected, I made minor personal alterations with the holster, it is great.
I read the negative comments, and I was ready for the issues stated. I have wide shoulders, and this holster still moved around, to the point where it wasn’t comfortable all the time. Now remember it isn’t a $200.00 dollar or above holster and I didn’t expect it to be. I customized it to my liking, it’s only stretchy band, not leather so it’s easy to customize. I cut a inch or so on the back stretchy strap, and resowed it. To add more stability, I added another stretchy strap on the front. Now this is going to sound funny, but I sowed a suspender clip on the front, so it would be easy to remove the holster. I made a holster that moved around out of the box, into a holster that is very comfortable for me to ware. So please stop expecting, this inexpensive holster to fit like the leather holsters on the market, that’s a crazy expectation for a cheap holster. Now I do switch around that I should not do. For a summertime holster, I don’t use a shoulder holster. I don’t need to tell someone who lives by a holster like if you are a off duty policeman. Mussel memory is life and death to you. So you wouldn’t switch to two different holsters. I’m not in those situations any longer. Its not the smartest thing, but I ware this shoulder holster in colder months, when I ware something over it, and a under belt body holster, in the hotter months, when I don’t ware a outer covering. I do make a mistake where my weapon is now and then, the weapon location between the two is totally different.

Too small
Nope, doesn’t work. adjustments are a pain in the butt to play around with. It is too small. If you are anywhere in the 6ft/200+ Lb. I wouldn’t recommend it.

BAD DESIGN
Does it work? Yea in theory : ( I feel like the straps that attach the holster to your belt should be placed more towards the middle or at least the opposite side more towards the back. It is cheap, but the material isnt the issue. The issue is the fit and overall comfortability of the the design. It's worth 20 bucks but its also worth it to go ahead and learn how to sow and make adjustments not intended by the manufacturer.
