Can u mix matte finisher with angelus paint

Yes you can. It's not much different than mixin 2soft or duller in your paint. I ,personally haven't. It is an additive nonetheless so sure you can andbit wont ruin your color. It will lose its gloss.

I have used pro dye to dye leather and im wanting a flat/matte finish. will this work for me. is this water proof or water resistant,?

I’m not sure how angelus products work with other but I would recommend the Angelus duller that u put directly into the paint mixture and you don’t need a lot....but if u already started painting then yes it should work to give a matte finish but I personally like the duller.

Can this finisher be applied on suede?

You should not apply this on suede. The item will made the really matte looking
