Best sauna sweat suit very effective and fits well very comfortable and the material is thick works well for any weight loss exercises.

I had bought this sauna suit to help me loose weight cause i kind of a couch potato when it comes to working out. I do sit outside for a few hours in this suit but i recommend not wearing this during a heat wave unless you are in the shade and only wear it for a few hours at a time. You will look like you are wearing a garbage bag though!

So I gave this a 3 even though I absolutely love this thing but my reason is because the pants ripped halfway through my squat session. The sad part is they were 2 sizes bigger than my actual size I did that for this reason alone so they were loose and long so I don’t understand what went wrong also the ends are super tight they leave really bad indentations on my wrists and legs so I recommend wearing a long sleeve shirt underneath it helps and sweats for pants with thick socks seem to help bottom of my legs. It does make you sweat A LOT which I love and before warned looks like a giant trash bag lol.

Noticed a small rip the second time i wore it. I ordered it 2 sizes larger thinking that might help since I saw reviews saying it ripped… not sure if it was ripped when received because I have no idea the small could have been done…You do get a good sweat though..

They work very well, I have problems with sweating and of the different brands I have tried, these were the only ones that have worked for me.

Because I am unable to move and do a lot of exercise. I bought this so that I can wear them and get a sweat. I definitely sweat when I wear this and I think it is a great value and helps with water weight loss and I feel refreshed after I use this product.
