Q: anyone know where the product is made from? I'm trying to avoid anything that made in China.

Not sure where it is made, however, it is "fine coconut shell activated charcoal powder" this is premuium stuff and would not guess it is made in China! And says on the label USP Certified. (this is powdered form so want capsules bulletproof.com site sells caps. and made in USA for sure, coconut shell...)

Q: is this made from 100% coconut shell?

From the label: "Charcoal House DETOX 1600 USP Activated Charcoal Powder is made from virgin coconut shell charcoal. It is a very high activity medicinal grade charcoal used for general body detox applications. US and European Pharmacopeia certified." It is a VERY fine powder ~ easy to make a mess with it :) . It does not dissolve completely into water, so be careful when attempting to drink it ~ I didn't know this the first time, and accidentally inhaled powder left in the bottom of my glass. Safest to mix in a smoothie or something of a similar consistency. I am very happy with this product! Charcoal House dot com 888.264.5568 They have great customer service!

Q: This used for bruising teeth?
