Q: Can this handle snow?

I have not had it in the winter months yet but I would say a heavy snow no. We plan to take the cover off in the winter and just leave the frame. We bought the sand bags that stay on the legs for support.

Q: Does it protect you from the rain?

I’ve used it to put my smoker in for overnight cooks and with the panels on everything stayed dry through some heavy rains.

Q: What are dimensions at base? Will feet land exactly on corners of 10' x 10' square?

Yes, the flange at the base of the four legs will have 1 1/2” clearance from the edges of a 10’x10’ deck.
