GB4 Japanese Halloween Mask Resin Mask Half Face Skull Scary Mask Cosplay Decorative

My kid loved this mask and got tons of compliments while wearing it at the renaissance festival. She customized it some to have a darkened mesh mask over the eyes and painting some lowlights into the cracks and crevices to make it a bit more realistic. She also added some helmet pads from a bike helmet kit to the cheeks to keep it slightly off of her face there for comfort. The only downside were the ties as others have mentioned. They aren't really strong enough to hold the weight of the mask and loosen with wear so knowing this we clipped them into her hair a few places and added bobby pins to help securely hold them in place. This worked perfectly. She wore this for several hours comfortably.

came well packed in several layers of bubble wrap, no damage! fits my small face perfectly. Came one day later than estimated but amazon refunded the shipping cost and i was in no rush so everything was perfect.

Overall it's pretty good, fits well and is a decent size for my big face. I plan on repainting it and slightly modifying it anyway (as others have mentioned you'll definitely want some foam or padding in the places where it rests on your skin), but my one big gripe is that it arrived in NEARLY perfect condition. The tip of one of the long fangs was broken off, and the missing piece wasn't anywhere in the packaging which tells me this happened at the factory and they just let it through anyway. So very lacking in quality control. I don't mind the asymmetry enough to deal with returning the item for a replacement but it does bother me that I recieved a broken product.

I was a little skeptical about how I was going to be able to breathe out of this. But, it was super durable and I received a good amount of compliments. This is one of my favorite half masks I’ve bought so far ! :) However, the reason I gave it 4 stars is because it does tend to slip down, if you have a small face. So you have to adjust it and it didn’t fit good around my ears. As it came with two strings attached to place behind your ears. I just tied both strings together and put it over my head.

It looks great but the mask slides around all over the place and the strings were basically shoe laces that didn't want to stay tight. BUT if it was tight it's painful because when you move your neck the mask digs into the bridge of your nose. THEN it was also broken at the jaw. I tried to tape it for a photoshoot but the tape reflected the light so I had to use a backup mask.

I bought 2, and with one covered eye holes with mesh to not see my eyes, and left the other open for darker areas to see better. Worked so well for performing.Nice and thick, and looks like bone.

I really loved this mask for my Halloween costume. It's heavy so be prepared but I adjusted the strings for my ears and wore it for about 3 hours straight. It's very detailed and looks so cool up close. The teeth are sharp!

Honestly, I'd say the only upside to this product is that it looks cool. Let's get into it!Now, I'd like to be clear and say I did read the reviews before purchasing, so I knew it'd be fragile! However, I'm sad to say accidents still happen and I wore it a grand total of one time before it was knocked off a counter and shattered on impact.But I'm sure you know about that already, so let's get into the other issues.The mask isn't comfortable to wear, at all. The cords it comes with in order to tie it on are a struggle to make tight enough to even stay on your face, and once I did manage that, the mask rubbed very uncomfortably on my face. It moves every time you talk, which is both uncomfortable and nerve-wracking, as you have to worry if it'll fall off and shatter. The cords themselves are also a very uncomfortable texture to have rubbing on the sides of your face.The material is very cheap and lightweight, and it's really not that well-made for the price. I honestly probably wouldn't spend more than $5 on it. Currently, my hope is that I can hot glue the pieces back together and make something out of it.As for the paint job, it looks plain and cheap. I was in the middle of repainting it to suit my needs when it broke. It really just seems like a cheap kid's toy.All said and done, it looked alright and drew compliments, and it did its job for a few hours. I just really wouldn't recommend using this for anything long-term, unless you plan on doing quite a bit of modifications!
