Excellent Taste, Texture. Doesn't Turn to Mush
If you're gluten free, you know how hard it is to find really good pasta. If you don't eat corn or legumes, it's even harder to find. Jovial gluten free brown rice pasta is exceptional. I cook it for 1 minute longer than the package cook time suggests because it's still a bit too firm for my taste at that point. I love that these don't go from "too hard" to "instant mush" if you don't pull them at exactly the right time. And leftovers don't turn to mush in the fridge. Quality gluten free products aren't cheap, and this one is worth the price.

Like real spaghetti!
I love this gluten free alternative to spaghetti. I feels and tastes so much like regular spaghetti, that I can 't tell the difference! I will be reordering.

Grape flavor just takes a long time to boil.
Overall a good flavor, it just takes a long time to boil because of the corn I'm guessing. The noodles don't have a grainy texture like other gluten-free noodles which is nice.

Best Pasta I've ever ate and 2 organic ingredients
If you have food allergies or isuses with gluten this is the BEST pasta out there. It will taste better then one with wheat. I've tried so many brands over many years and when I tried this I didn't need any more. It's perfect texture that holds up the next day for leftovers. Never sticky or falling apart. Its organic and brown rice and water only ingredients list is the best I've found. They make a full line of stuff now so check them out you won't be disappointed.
