I bought the hanging version in the black color for my sister last Christmas. She also has the easel version in gold, which is also a pretty gold color, which you don't always get with gold tone products. Very happy with both and now I have to get one for myself to display flora I find out and about.

This floating frame from NCYP is a thousand times better than most others I've seen on Amazon. It was well-packaged in a small, slender box, held in the middle by Styrofoam on both ends. When I opened it, I was amazed at the quality. It was VERY well soldered and even the clasp slides in and out perfectly smoothly. The hinges are large and stable, there is no wobbling when opening the frame, and the glass is perfectly aligned. As a side note, I first ordered the same size frame from Beedecor, which was so cheap in construction that the hinges and chain connectors had detached in shipping and were missing, and the clasp was so poorly aligned, a customer would have to move the glass up and down to jimmy it into place. I returned that one. I have added pictures of both for comparison. Please excuse the notation "NYCP." I meant "NCYP" to notate the brand.

Mine fell and broke a month after purchase. Most likely use error. When hanging make sure to use a very sturdy anchor.

I like the versatility and the appearance of this frame. It will hold multiple prints if a collage is desired; a 5x7 photo or card if a floating frame is preferred; or a larger picture if one wants to fill the space. The photos or artwork are easy to change. I have similar frames in other sizes because of the appeal of these frames.

I used this to put my wedding bouquet in and it worked beautifully.

I was looking for something to display a piece of paper art that was gifted to me. This was The perfect frame. You can hang it but in my case I put it on it on an easel. Very easy to open and close and secure whatever you're putting in the frame

I was thrilled when I received my 4 frames... they are absolutely stunning. Craftsmanship is awesome. I do stained glass work and could have made these myself, but to run around to all of the different shops and gather the materials and purchase everything, it would have been almost the same amount of money... plus my time. I like to work with glass, but just moved into a new house and truly just didn't have time. These are going in the guest room and we host Thanksgiving... so I needed it done. I am very pleased with my purchase... packaged nicely for shipping and on time!

Arrived very quickly, and the metal feels very strong and not likely to bend or break (particularly around the clasp). Its the only frame of this size I could find and does seem a bit of a mark-up compared to the price of the smaller frames. Though its also a better quality so I guess that's what more money will get you!
