pros .I really love what the book has to offer its changing my life daily . Definitely worth buyingCons . In this particular reading . The recording is a lil unprofessional . The readers mouth gets dry and starts sticking witch is very distracting and annoying . ( great reader) But needs to have a sip of water now and the . the whole book is not like that just certain chapters . Also in the recording I can hear popping in the microphone ( wind from the letters p or f etc ) witch means it was recorded at a low budget and with out professional also distracting .Or maybe im just nit picking but personally it bothers me and does not set well wen im trying to focus .I think Im going to buy a different version from another reader and see if I get better quality

Napoleon Hill just gets it. He spent years interviewing many of the words most successful men to find common characteristics and "figure out the formula to their success". Truly one of the more inspiring books in history. I enjoy learning about the uniqueness of the most successful men who built this amazing country! Still one of my go to audio books when walk or ride.

I've read Earl Nightingale and though his ideas were a little old fashioned, compared to Hill, Nightingale was open-minded. I didn't enjoy the tone of the book and the references it used as examples. I guess I just didn't enjoy it.

I gave this four stars because this is very interesting material. I read this book and it literally changed my life. I'm not even close to being where I could have been (I mean that negatively) had it not been for this book. The only knock is the way it's read. It sounds canned (just my opinion). It loses something that you don't get from the reading (again, my opinion). Seriously, the principles are simple but if you take them to heart, YOU TRULY WILL THINK AND GROW RICH...so to sum up...if you are the type of person who can listen to anyone talk and absorb the meaning no matter, this gets 5 stars....if you are someone like myself who notices details like the intonation or inflection, then buy the book from Amazon and just read it.

THE classic. All whom expect success and wealth in any such venture should read this book at some time in his life. Is not just about the money making, which is fine and dandy, is about dreaming big and reaching goals.Everyone should read it.

This book is a long term favorite of mine. If you want to change your circumstances it can be done, remember there is no such reality as something for nothing. Prescribed action is required....
