Whither these are used for food storage, art supplies, sewing or just random household needs: These are my absolute favorite containers for storage. I have used this company for over 20 years now, and I have never been disappointed in the quality.

I bought other storage and black handles fell off. This brand stands the test of time.

I use these containers to freeze chum for fishing. I drop them into a chum bag and remove them after the chum has been dispersed. Not the prettiest application of the product, but it is perfect for me.

Lids are easy to remove and clearness is good

Purchased these for their firm locking connections, and that is a good feature. However, one of the eight containers has a smashed corner, (hence the "mediocre" 2 stars for durability, and the lid of another container has a dirty smudge. Very poor quality control.

I love these containers, but upon reordering them, I learned that I OVERPAID BY ALOT!!!! First of all, one of the lids was cracked and broken! I felt, well, ok. But now I ordered from the Sterilite Store. I paid LESS FOR 12 CONTAINERS, than I did for 8 containers FROM THIS SELLER!!!!!!!!!!!!You should shop around, even on Amazon!!

My package of 12 arrived with11 unit (and 12 lids).I called Sterilite and they were absolutely fantastic - even though they sell these to Amazon (they informed me) and technically Amazon should have replaced, Sterilite sent me a replacement unit - with a lid.I've been using streilite products for years and years and now will continue to do so since this company has proved that they stand by their products.
