The product arrived very quickly.2 days from UK to Norway!For this to work you need an adapter for the electric outline,and you must buy that separately along with the condutive gel.The instruction manual is useless,and do not use the device as often as recommended there.I studied this for a long time on youtube,and the concensus among youtubers is that its not adviced to use it more than once a month.This because the risk of losing facial fat,which will make you look older.I did try it underneath the eye area,because i wanted a plump up effect.It did a lot of harm,it stretched my skin,and made the area look even more hollow.For the rest of the faced it irritated my skin,and also worsened my rosacea.The only place i might see it had an effect, is on my double chin.But i have used it for 5 months,and its really not a significant change.One youtuber presents it to have a radical instant firming effect.I did not see that at all personally.And i question the same youtubers before and after pictures.At least one of them look photo shopped and fake.Dont believe everything you see.Perhaps if i continue,i will see more improvement on my doublechin.But i already own another device,an ultrasound mascine purchased 10 years ago.And i dont feel the radiofrequency did more for my skin than the ultrasound i tried over a long period of time.The only thing that has been really effective for me,is doing facial excersises.I have done this faithfully for 10 years,and i look a lot younger than my 54.Perhaps these devices cant do anything more for me.And its possible that others can have a great effect.

The instruction manual tells you to use every 3 day’s, you have to take 2 week breaks between radio frequency treatments to let the collagen build and heal, using a RF machine every few days would cause nothing but damage to the collagen. It gets that hot it could cause severe burns if you weren’t careful. To me this isn’t radio frequency, it’s just a probe that gets very hot. I will stick to having professional RF treatments and I would advise others to do the same.

Unfortunately after about a year it appears to have some kind of loose connection and won’t stay turned on! Also the wand gets very hot.

I happen to know how to use this device a bit and the installation is self explanatory. However the instruction manual is not very descriptive and I can see why some people think it’s not working. Also it takes time to warm up so at first you’d feel nothing.

I am pleased with my purchase

I've used this every few weeks as instructed with absolutely no improvement in my skin whatsoever. I'm not sure it's even real radiofrequency which is worrying my skin actually looks worse. Might as well just rub a spoon over your face !
