Nice but not a clear image
The cups were nice and you can definitely make out the image, however the image isn't crisp, its a little blurry. Also, the name engraving is the basic "aerial" font and not the Times new roman esq font that was advertised.

Packaging had me worried
The glass was perfect, just what I was looking for. However the packaging left me a little worried at first, thankful that the glass did not get damaged in shipping.
