This has a consistent grind and texture and is packed with wonderful aroma and flavor. It seems quite fresh. The color is beautiful. I'm quite happy with it.

It was great

I was surprised by the flavor, since the aroma of 5 spice was not as strong as other brands I have used previously. The generous amount in the pouch makes it a great value for the money. Also the Zip lock packaging makes it easy to store in my spice box.I used it to make Char Sui and my husband proclaimed it the BEST I had ever made and that it tasted as good as the one he used to eat in NYC!! Thanks for selling great spices.

Everything was good

I was disappointed with the lack of flavor. I was making my own 5 spice, but bought this for the convenience. It is surprisingly bland and adds little flavor to my recipe.

Used this as a base for Chinese spare ribs. Easy to use and very authentic.
