Would buy more if these were still available!
We've had a pair of these solar driveway lights for over a year now and they are great. They are bright enough to illuminate our driveway entrance (on a very dark road) and are quite reliable, even on overcast days. We do not have electricity at the end of our driveway so finding a solar alternative was necessary. Most solar lights do not sit up very high OR they are too high; and many are too dim to see from far away and/or they do not last through the night. We would buy more of these in a minute IF they were still available. Had I realized, I would have purchased a couple more pair at the time. We just keep hoping they will come back in stock.

Great purchase
Great outdoor lights so easy to assemble and they brighten up my entry . I would def purchase another pair if they weren’t so expensive.

Hardware defective
My first review was 5 star. based on the lighting feature. It is still 5 star. However just like all hardware from China, it misses the mark. That is why the FAA does not allow Chinese nuts and bolts to be used on USA aircraft. Either 2 of the 3 screws inside the lamp that fastens it the post fell out.....hard to do considering it is stationary, or they just didn't install them in the first place. I would still purchase these, but will make sure that all screws installed by the manufacturer are there and tight.

Very expensive but also very nice. Only a few minor issues
The media could not be loaded. These are quite expensive. but after seeing them at night. Not so bad. I still think they are over priced but not that badly. Fix up the QC and it will be all good. These are what I call waist lights. they are walk/sitting area path area lights the idea is to light a path or area without shoving lights into your eyes. so they are waist high and shine down and out.I was expecting solar lights. I was surprised to get actual area lights that just happen to be solar powered.you know what i mean if you have landscaping lights versus dollar tree solar lights. yeah they light up but they don't light an "AREA" up to be usable.Theses are very much bright enough for area usage. Quite impressed. at first I was bummed at how cold the light was but all that changed at night (those pictures are true to real life) its a VERY nice day/neutral white light. I might want them slightly warmer but your splitting hairs at that point. I want to say around 5000k ? very clean and bright. The post is aluminum and it is where the QC issues are. not the greatest mold/clean up and the threads need some work. The LIGHT portion (the top) QC seems fine. excellent even. the solar panel is massive and glass covered! Should not be any UV degradation issues here.Lith Iron Phosphate batteries inside so they should have a nice cycle life. I am hoping I will get 5+ years on the battery.Around the rim there is a tiny hold and you use the included allen key to poke inside their to "turn on" the light. it will turn on. if its day time it will still turn on for a couple second to confirm to you that you successfully turned it on.I am pleased with them. I think they are a wee bit expensive but they do work very well.

Really short @ ~3ft. They look top heavy. The shined light have lots of artifacts, like a crystal
If you're looking for a short street light style light, or large path lights, and you're okay with the light artifacts, then you might like these. I really didn't like it and I really think the price makes this a bad value.I was shocked when I saw this thing! If you don't look at it closely, you might not have noticed that this thing has a huge head and short body! Almost every advertisement pic was from a low angle so these look taller than they really are. The top has about a ten inch diameter which is huge for a short light and it's only a little over 3 feet high.To make things worse, the base is more narrow than the top which makes this look more top heavy than balanced. The base has 3 large bolt holes to use to attach this to the ground. The design of the body looks nice; It's shapely like a old fashioned street lamp but very short (haha). The parts of the body can actually be disassembled if someone wanted to steal these, so you might need thread lock to lock each parts together. The light itself actually covers a very large area but it's not very bright. A lot of the light ends up going outwards, sideways instead of just straight down. Because of this, each light can probably cover a 15 to 20 feet diameter. The light has tons of artifacts though, similar to shining a light through a crystal; there's lots of little bright spots all around. I really don't like this style but some people may prefer it.Overall, If you're looking for a short street light style light, or large path lights, and you're okay with the light artifacts, then you might like these. I really didn't like it and I really think the price makes this a bad value.
