Powerextra Review: GREAT!!! - I purchased this unit a while ago. It worked great then started giving me trouble. The return window had closed so I didn't attempt a return. I hastily wrote a negative review instead of contacting the seller first for a solution. After I wrote my review and gave them 1 star, the company reached out to me. They offered to replace the unit at no additional cost to me. They didn't have to do that. They care about customer satisfaction and stand by their products. I will 1000% purchase from this company again. Thank you! Thank you! The new flash works beautifully and just in time...I have a shoot tomorrow! Amazing service!! Review: Doesn't come with batteries. - Son very happy with the flash. It also has adapters for other camera fittings too.

Good Flash for the Price
I recently received the flash and am very pleased so far. (I'm mostly using it for macro photography using a sync cable and remote shutter release.) It is simple to use and I like the manual selection of output power. The flash head rotates up & down and left & right which makes it great for tabletop work. Recycle time is fast. My only negative is the battery compartment cover seems to be a little bit fragile and may be easily damaged when trying to close it after inserting batteries - so be careful with that. Hopefully the unit will pass the test of time.
