It Works, this saved me over $1000 on a new fridge. The install was pretty straight forward for a motherboard and after changing it out everything functioned properly. It lasted the 2 years in the house up untill we moved out. I have no doubt it will last at least another 8. Perfect fit.

Product works exactly as it should. Installation was easy. The only challenge was making sure the sequence of buttons to push was correct to program the module with the refrigerator code. This took about 30 minutes including cleaning the back of the refrigerator and the floor.

My Maytag fridge died, and research indicated that this board was the likely fix. Bought it, got it in 2 days, installed myself, programmed it and fridge working again. Highly recommend!

Product arrived as promised. Cheaper than many others out there. My fridge is a Maytag model #MFI2569YEM0. My fridge has been acting weird, the front controls were turning off and on. When pressing the ice button it would just stop. Finally fridge kept starting and then stopping when trying to run. I noticed the front display stopped working almost all together. Turns out this is a common problem with these and it is the main control panel in the back of the fridge. I ordered this one and got it installed and everything working in about 10 minutes after receiving the new board. I had to program it after installing it, they sent directions to help with the programming. I didn’t need to pay a core charge, and locally this board was almost $300. I would recommend and am happy with purchase.

Frig wasn't working. Lights came on at first on front panel but then went out. Checked out info on youtube and different ones mentioned the main control board. Thought we'd try doing that instead of a huge repair bill or having to buy another frig. Received the panel fast. Popped it in and tried setting up the code. Instructions weren't any good for our frig. Couldn't figure out how to get code on. Went to youtube again and found good instructions on how to get the code on and get it running. It's working great! Cheap fix!

I couldn't get this control board to work until I finally found a helpful YouTube video that tweaked the included instructions ever so slightly. After installing the control board, plug in the fridge AND WAIT 5 MINUTES to give the board time to energize. This wait time was the difference maker. Next step is also slightly different for programming the buttons. Press and hold the Door Alarm Keypad button. Within 3 seconds, Press and hold the Freezer Temperature Down Keypad button. Release the Door Alarm button only. Continue holding the Freezer Temp button until the decimal point appears. You cannot program until the decimal point appears. If you there is no decimal point, start all over. Unplug fridge. WAIT 5 MINUTES, drink a glass of wine, and continue with steps. Good Luck.

I found on YouTube the "flickery display screen" issue and beyond that, the unit was not operating. Replacing this board made the unit funcitonal again for me. The board setup process for my KitchenAid was different than described with the two optional processes included in the kit. YouTube your model for the setup procedure if the included instructions ask you to hold down buttons that your display screen doesn't have.
