Works really good for hard floor and carpets, has good suction power, it’s a little bit heavy but you can handle it, very easy to clean after use it

I got this one to replace an older model. The color purple is an added touch. Happy with the suction on a brand-new one, I didn't realize how bad the old one was. Still lightweight and happy with my purchase.

Love this vacuum. It picks up more dirt than my last brand vaccuum and it’s sturdy and easy to push sine I’m an older adult and can’t use a heavy vaccuum

I was hesitant to buy a refurbished product but this works just like new and came with great attachments. Great vacuum at an amazing price.

First of all I love the Shark products. This particular vacuum is light and turns on a dime. The container that holds the debris is ample and easy to remove and clean. It is easy to remove the parts, like the hose, extension poles and the bottom piece and clean them as well. I use this vacuum for my cleaning business. I purchased a second one for one of my employees. She loves hers as well, for the same reasons.

The wand is great and the power head does not spin when you have it upright so you don't have to worry about burning a mark on your carpet. Like I did. More than once. And a chair. :) I use this on my rugs and stairs.

Poor quality. Don't buy. This vacuum lasted only 15 months. Hose and cord are all messed up. Regular use only, no abuse.
