I bought several for my relatives, and they were enthralled. It looks like it never shuts off like my first one did.
I disliked that I wanted a portable one but I like it. Not enough about the port in the back of it by the speaker, what is that for?

Easy basic set up, window to family
I bought this for my Grandparents easing into technology, and living states away. My Grandma's quote, "I feel like I'm in your living room!" Now they're calling everyone in their contact list. They have only spoken to their grandson once or twice a year due to time difference and limited technology, now they have a way to call whenever they want.The Portal opened up a new world for them.

Plug is not compatible for USA
Why would this product be sold and shipped to an address in the USA? I pulled mine out of the box and it had a UK plug on it that would not work in the USA. Needless to say, I had to return the product. Frustrating and so unnecessary to put a customer through this when the product can not work in the United States.
