For detailed understanding and further learning, one has to read other books published BYB.

this is a great book for those who are curious about various forms of yoga and what goes with following that path, also basic pranayama, wonderfully presented and simple. if you're curious give it a look over.

So far, this is by far the best book explaining the benefits of yoga. This will give you a good start to the dynamics of yoga
