We loved these they came out so cute! The quality is perfect, the wood not too light or heavy . These are not plastic! Size is like that of a real egg. Unlike real ones we decorate these we can keep and treasure and reuse.

Put these in the nesting boxes and the hens would lay more eggs. They do have a coating so you can easily wipe them clean.

I purchased these eggs as a preventative measure for when my hens start to lay eggs. I had heard a horror story about hens pecking their eggs, cracking them open and destroying the shell. My hens weren’t laying but I knew the time was coming soon. They are laying eggs just fine with no destruction. So this purchase wasn’t necessary but I will be keeping them in case my hens decide they want to brood. The eggs are very durable and very well made! They look and feel like real eggs, just a bit more heavy. I highly recommend this product!

My son thinks eggs are just the cutest things. He has made a habit of climbing up into my fridge and grabbing an egg, carrying it through the house, and sometimes breaking it on accident in random places. I put these in a store carton, put them on the bottom shelf of the fridge, and put my real eggs high up on the top. While this isn't teaching him not to grab eggs in the first place, it sure is going to save me a lot of money in the long run! Excuse the spilled maple syrup.

I bought these wooden eggs for my prek class to use in the housekeeping area. They are sturdy and hold up well to four year olds play. They are made out of wood and look real!
