LIFE CHANGING! As iv got older (56) my sleep has got worse over the years broken sleep waking 3 -4 times to pee , very tiring and making me snappy and miserable because of being tired during the day and no engery , these have transformed my life within a few days iv gone from going 3-4 times even though I'd stopped drinking past 6pm made no difference what so ever , on how much i was drinking before bed time , these have helped so much I'm getting a good 6- 7 hours unbroken sleep now , reduces the urgency, going just once about a hour after going to bed ,even though I go before getting into bed , they have been a god send, I'm much more alert ,energy and better mood so I cannot rate these enough , highly recommended for OVERACTIVE BLADDER

Excellent price - quality product

I'm glad other people have written about these capsules with a similar point or two to me. I've purchased these capsules before from this company-and there are differences in this batch. First of all there is a claim that the pumpkin seed oil is cold-pressed and virgin. If it is cold-pressed then the liquid inside should not be a pale golden colour-as others have rightly noted, it should be a medium brownish colour. The previous batch I purchased (sometime in 2022) was medium brown in colour-and the smell was different. This batch is golden in colour. Cold-pressed virgin pumpkin seed oil is a very, very dark green almost black in colour-no doubt pumpkin seed oil is expensive and it may need to be 'watered down', but why is there a change in colour and smell of these capsules. It's a distinctly fishy odour-exactly the same as omega 3 capsules I purchased a couple of months ago. Secondly you're meant to take 3 capsules-which provide 1350mg is Omega 6-in the previous batch-as others have noted, it was 2 capsules, so why the change to 3 now? Obviously you get what you pay for-and the reason I got these last time was purely due to their colour and reviews. They had a more pumpkin seed oil smell and taste (I've purchased cold-pressed virgin pumpkin seed oil in liquid form several times before-so know what to look for). Not buying pumpkin seed oil capsules from these people again, and it is dodgy that you're now getting 1350mg of omega 6 by taking three capsules, when you're more than likely getting enough in your diet!

My order was placed on 25th February and I started taking them immediately. Now I can confidently say that this product is amazing. From disturbed sleep 2 - 4 times a night to go to the toilet this has been greatly reduced to one a night and sometimes I wake up and cant remember if I had been up!!. I am sleeping better and generally feeling much better with more energy each day. Am 77 years young
