Is the kickin sapphire, blue flower, purple flower, vibrant dome and purple dome rust resistant?

Mine had rust on them the first year. I was more careful to water at the base and watered mine more frequently (oddly enough) the second year and they were rust free.

Are they deer resistant?

I'm not sure any plant is truly deer-resistant. They are definitely not rabbit-resistant. Part of mine got chewed extensively until I put a tree trunk protector (a plastic enclosure) around it. The plant quickly recovered and is now even bigger than before the munching.

One of my plants arrived wilted, with yellowing leaves. It arrived in worse shape than other 5 plants I ordered. What do you recommend?

I would give it Miracle Gro and put it in the sun, keep damp and see how it goes.
