I got this for cooking as well asPest control. Skunks hate the smell of Cayenne pepper. Works great!!!

I use this to keep vermin /pests away works great also used when training puppy to now chew things I e doors etc mixed some with Vaseline to apply deterred puppy from chewing also sprinkle do some after puppy defecated to keep her from eating her stool vet checked her nothing wrong medically vet said some dogs/puppies just do that so sprinkling little on her stools taught her not to eat her stool .

I have no clue if this is good in food. It seems to keep the squirrels off our porch. They can have the trees and fence but need to stop coming on our porch.

Very pleased with this purchase! The price per ounce is excellent, and the cayenne is fresh, aromatic, spicy, and consistent. Will buy again when I run out.

Capsaicin is great for the body. What I bought for was to sprinkle all over the certain areas where wayward dogs poop in my yard. He friendliest solution, but will leave memories for the dog.
