Within a few days I started to notice my hairline growing back in with little hairs. By the end of a couple of weeks of consistent use, my hair and nails started growing super fast and my hair is shinier/healthier looking too. I've added a few things to my regimen, such as gelatin, derma-rolling, hair moisturizer, and othe vitamins. Worth a try. The bottle is nice quality.

Biotin has helped improve my sleep quality w/continuity and/or the ability to return to sleep if I wake up. I've reached that point in a woman's life where nightly disruptions happen, and dealt w/this for a couple years before trying Biotin for aging. Turns out to be a win for both sides...since sleep is needed to reduce many aging related issues, it's a wonder Biotin isn't touted more as a supplemental source vs just magnesium or melatonin.
