Easy to pop on and off, if you don’t use the bands it won’t stay too well and will continue to pop off while you’re moving but obviously they are there for a reason- use em

This is a huge pad but the little cut in the center allows the neck to fit comfortably. The velcro straps do a good job keeping it in place, there's a little spin to it sometimes but stays centered and in place. The pad allows squatting heavy without hurting the shoulders, whether doing front or back squats. Good quality and its cheap.

Very effective. Does not make squats with a bar easier but cannot fault neck comfort.

As an older person I have had problems with flexibility, especially in the shoulders. When squatting with a barbell it is impossible to situate the bar lower on my back where it should be. The Exodus foam cushion allows me to rest the bar higher, enabling me to perform squats. The cushion's indentation fits nicely around my neck, protecting my upper spine. This product, although pricey, is worthwhile for the serious strength trainee.
