I received the housing Ro membrane where there was no QR code or scanner available and the product looks like it was used before and also one blue lock on reject water outlet missing so I don't believe this is a genuine product i have received from Amazon

I care about my water and the Sediment filters did just the trick. Easy to install and one of the best companies I ordered from. Polite, courteous , respectful and professional. One small filter was missing from the filter kit. They promptly shipped it to me with an apology.
