I suffer from leg cramps in the middle of the night. My toes will curl back, and I cannot get them to straighten out. It is excruciating. I have tried everything that anybody has suggested with little relief. Someone asked me if I had ever tried pickle juice. I was very skeptical, but I was more desperate than skeptical so I tried it. Lo and behold, it worked! Not only did it take the cramp away, but it was almost instantaneous. Less than a minute the cramps started subsiding. We have been using pickle juice now for over a year because you need so very little of it for it to work, a gallon lasts the two of us a long time. Even so, the thought of running out terrifies me so we re-order when we are down to a quart.

This pickle juice helps me with cramps. It works like a miracle.

This product works as well as pickle juice from a jar. So, the reason I am giving it 4 stars is it is just plain bland and awful tasting. When I am trying to rid myself of a leg cramp I am used to the dill/salty flavor of juice from the pickle jar. This isn't comparable from a taste standpoint but after having a fridge full of pickle jars with no juice and dry pickles, I have found a better choice. Going to add salt to next one I open to see if that helps my palet.

If you occasionally get cramps after working out this will help. The size makes it extremely portable. It is just the right portion. The price is excellent.

Really helps with leg cramps especially good to take before flying. I found sitting in one position any length of time causes my legs to cramp. Not an issue with pickle juice.

It works as advertised. Ill work my butt off at the gym, down one of these, and have zero cramps. But one star removed for the watered down flavor. I get it, normies cant handle the pure brine. But when I want pickle juice, i want the real thing. This is like pickle seltzer, in terms of flavor.
