These are the perfect length to use on a pull-up bar/squat rack. They are easy to put over the door so you can take them anywhere makes them very portable. These work very functionally and they are very versatile. Makes the work out easier to do because I can take them anywhere.

Work very well. Strong straps and sturdy handles. Bought this instead of the name brand straps. Glad I did. You can do the same with these.

I have used TRX in the past, but this item is less expensive and on initial inspection it is just as good as the much more expensive TRX. I am a retired PT and TRX Certified Trainer.

It needs cushions on the hand grips. Too hard!

Great value

These are a nice cheap alternative to TRX bands. I wouldn't waste your money on more expensive ones. I installed these for my girlfriend and I've used them a handful of times, I weigh 210lbs, and it handled my weight just fine. I used a mount that I installed on the ceiling of my closet for my GF to use and hang it out of the way behind the door when not in use. I probably wouldn't use the door attachment for a long period of time at my weight. It might eventually damage the door.

This product provides all the utility of the name brand version for a small fraction of the cost.I've read a few concerns in the reviews, but suggest you look beyond them:> Not safe concern with the over-the-door loop. Per images, the strap is supposed to be through the hole in the block -- it appears to be a manufacturing issue - not something inherently wrong with the product> Hand grip softness. Yes, the grips hard solid -- and I believe that's good! If that's an issue, simply wrapping it would solve the problem or wearing training gloves> Limited instruction - that's true! But look elsewhere for posters that cost very little -- you have saved a ton buying this version, you have afford a few dollars for a detailed poster. Also, there are many videos on-line to show proper technique.> No mounting hardware - that's true too. I spent less than five dollars for an eye bolt to mount to a 2x4 placed across joists in my unfinished basement.On the positive - everything else. The hardware (connectors and carabiners) are solid. Adjustments are easy to make - the straps stay put. The straps are high quality. The rings are well sized and sturdy. The foot loop is well made and easily fits my foot w/shoe. I have no concerns about its durability.Great product!

The media could not be loaded. My husband and I got a great workout with these. They are just as great as the TRX for a fraction of the price. And they’re well-made. I’m 150 pounds and my husband is 250 pounds straps are very durable.
