I use this type of tape to make a semi breathable seal on petri dishes. Not a sticky tape but stretchy and fills the gaps.

Does NOT stick to itself
Nothing more than cheap plastic wrap that does not stick to its self. Obviously, people are happy because it stretches. The description states that it’s supposed to stick to itself that was the reason I purchased it. False advertising. Definitely does not stick to itself no matter what you do with it..

Not parafilm tape
This is not paraffin based tape or parafilm tape, this is plastic wrap. It doesn’t stick to itself. Can’t blame the product because it is my fault not making sure.
