Great little product. I’m just starting to do my own nails at home and was fed up soaking them off, especially as I mostly use biab so was hard to get off. This takes a bit of getting used to and some playing with the different heads and speeds but it’s great. Easy to use, very little vibration on the nail and easy to hold. You can change the spin direction too, for use in your non dominant hand….great drill for a great price

Worked great for a few months, but this evening it stopped working. It would appear that there is a loose wire in the grey coiled cable that attached the handset to the base, as when I wiggle the cable - it intermittently begins to start up. When trying to get in touch with Amazon regarding this, I was referred to the MelodySusie website. I have emailed the UK contact email, and currently awaiting a response. I am hoping they can get a replacement sent to me as soon as possible. **UPDATE** I was asked to provide a video of the issue, which I did. I was sent a full replacement within days. Very impressed.

Great nail file, until it STOPPED WORKING AFTER A YEAR! It just keeps cutting out and won’t stay on. Really disappointing, and the company offered no help with the issue.

I’m a beginner and I’ve tried using this a few times, but it doesn’t feel right for me. I mostly use it around the cuticle area, but it vibrates too much and feels uncomfortable, even on the lowest speed. I tried using it to remove gel polish, but I prefer using a nail file instead—it just feels gentler. Maybe I have thin nails, because even at salons the drill can hurt sometimes. That said, it’s still working fine after 2 years. I like the little bits it came with (even though I haven’t used all of them), and I like that it uses the same plug as my nail lamp so I can swap between them easily.

I got it on sale and I do not regret! It is so good feels like a luxury nail drill. So easy to use and good speed modes. The pen is so light and nice to hold it makes it easier to work on myself with my left hand since I am right handed

This drill is the perfect size for my home nail workspace and is the perfect price point for those wanting to find a drill priced in the middle. I use it for my dip nails: Shaping before top coat, clearing around the cuticle and removing the top coat for soak removal. I did both removal of old, shaping of new dip, and cuticle cleaning after receiving the drill and everything went smoothly. I have not tested it's ability to fully remove nail products, since that is not what I purchased it for. MelodySusie customer service was quick to respond about my question over Amazon about whether it comes with a warranty (it does: 6 months) prior to purchase, and the extended warranty sign up page on their website is easy to navigate. I made sure to purchase this through merchant MelodySusie Direct. The only thing I do not like about it is the difficulty removing some of the drill bits. The mandrel is easy, but the round safety and needle head bits were difficult. I don’t have much strength and I needed pliers to remove them. I've only had the drill for a day at the time of writing this review and used it for one removal and application, but I am definitely looking forward to future uses.

Perfect for at-home manicures and pedicures! I’ve been using it for several months, learning everything from YouTube tutorials, and now I can easily do my nails by myself. The machine is compact, yet powerful enough. It comes with many drill bits, but I mostly use just two, their grit is excellent and they work perfectly. I haven’t had to replace anything yet, the quality has stayed the same after months of use. I’m very happy with this purchase!

Pretty good so far, only gripe would be the non Australian plug on the end but the device can handle 240v so it can be used in Australia with an adaptor.
