Fraudulent advertising which takes advantage of students and people with disabilities.
If you are purchasing this book used it does NOT come with the access code. This is not mentioned anywhere on the item listing. I spent nearly an hour on the phone with customer service representatives only for them to shrug their shoulders and tell me there's nothing they could do despite the fraudulent advertising. I have had 8 back surgeries and am not able to lift heavy objects, so I purchased this book with the understanding that a digital copy would allow me to access the material I need for class without carrying something so heavy in my backpack. I purchased a used copy because I'm a student living off loans and new textbooks are very expensive. They did not care. This listing is misleading to all students who rely on e-books when they can't transport multiple, heavy textbooks with them everywhere they go, and is extremely unfair to students with physical disabilities who purchased this book based on the advertisement that the book included an access code. Being forced to pay more for my textbooks because of my disability is ableist. Shame on Amazon for this.

Doesn't come with Casebook Connect
If you are purchasing this with the plan to have access to a digital copy through Casebook Connect, don't. I thought the one I received without an access code was a fluke, so I returned it and had them send me another with a note about the casebook connect issue. I received no response and was sent an identical copy with no access to a digital copy. The books have different stickers with various numbers on them, but none are a code for online access.

Do not buy this
This item was fraudulently advertised with no time to return before class began. There is no casebook connect as advertised. Strange choice to advertise illegally to law students. Good luck.
