This is a perfect fit and adds some protection from falls. The extra grip that it provides is excellent to prevent slippage. It is very lightweight, yet good quality. It really should cost $10, but still worth it for the added peace of mind of knowing that the trackpad now has armor and is ready for battle. Definitely recommended!

I ordered the "Silicone case for Magic Trackpad 2 Silicon case" for my Apple Trackpad 2. I ordered this protective case in Dark Grey. I just put this on my trackpad and I am pleased with the esthetic. I ordered this product because I wanted to prevent scratches on the sides and back surface. My order arrived fast as quoted.The case was shipped in a thin plastic baggy that was clear. A sticker on the bag stated that it is made in China. The case first seemed like it would not fit my trackpad however it slipped on with no problem. The case is flush to my trackpad, which is a huge plus for me! Usually rubber material or silicones bend or over stretch and this is a concern for me when purchasing anything similar to these products. I hope this will not be the case for this item. I will update my review as time passes to review durability.I would like to say so far that the quality of the cover off the first impression holds up to the description and that others have reviewed. The cover is also silky to the touch and I am still not clear if it is fingerprint-free. One thing that I didn't consider is if this case would still provide the same fit if I put a protection on for the screen. Overall Im happy with my purchase and believe that it's worth the money I spent.

It's overall pretty good. I think the material should be higher quality but it gets the job done. On the longest sides, the silicone doesn't stay put perfectly, but it does protect it well. You can easily turn it on and off and charge it while installed.

This sleeve is essential for the trackpad. It offers excellent protection for the delicate glass trackpad and keeps the rubber “feet” from falling off the back of trackpad. Def recommend.
