Q: I have purchased one of these units. I found smaller pieces of latex in each tubes. What are they used for?

If the short pieces are wrapped over the ends it is to protect the main liner and help the end cap stay on. If it's just floating in the tube it is kind of a head popper restriction. Maybe try folding it in half or look at the stroker sleeve from Sybian.

Q: Can two users enjoy this simultaneously? I read the description but am not certain.
