Great product for skin tear.
The silicone worked great for a large skin tear that I had just above the elbow. The temperature was 100 - 110 with low humidity. I cleaned the area where the tape would be with alcohol and I used skin-tac to ensure it did not come loose or peel. It is very flexible. My wound healed quickly. This was the best product I have used to date.

Works well!
These are very much like some we were given from the hospital. My mother gets allergic reactions to regular bandages. These are a silicone bandage and work great! She was able to shower with one on and it stayed put! They did not stick to her wound -- had a large cyst removed. This 4x4 size was perfect - not too small and not too large. No problem with them coming off -- even when sleeping. Was easy to remove when time to change. Would highly recommend them.

Great option
I have tried several bordered silicone dressings and this is much better than some of the ones I have tried. I base this on the absorbency but more specifically the adhesive as I have to be active throughout the day. This was placed on a an extremity and worked out very well for more than half of the day. I highly recommend

So easy on the skin!
I am extremely sensitive to most adhesive bandages, even paper tape. I have literally removed skin when removing some bandages. I usually break out, get blisters even a secondary skin infection from them! I recently had a back surgery (my 7th) and was not looking forward to the torture that follows with keeping it covered. These beauties are so easy on my skin I barely know they are there. Super absorbent, waterproof and oh so easy to remove. I've been wearing them since the 22nd of December and so far just a very mild itching but nothing even close to what I normally experience.

Adhesion of pads
Excellent, did and are doing the job. From reading some reviews on adhesion I might not have purchased them. From personal experience of such matters I knew that if the surrounding area was not cleaned thoroughly and this is not a criticism of others, bodily oils etc can prevent adhesion of practically anything. I used barrier wipes which prepare the skin for good adhesion. The pads were perfect for protecting a small bedsore and decently priced. Barrier wipes which may not be commonly known are like alcohol prep pads that prepare the skin to hold bags in place for cancer patients, that is my only experience of them. Again I am not being critical nor wishing to sound condesending, just passing on something I know.

Excellent foam wound dressing, but silicone adhesive too sticky on wound, but we add cream 1st.
Excellent foam wound dressing, but silicone adhesive was often too sticky when pressed on wound. It was pulling off the new freshly healing skin. But a quick fix, per doctor, was simply apply a thin layer of Calmoseptine cream onto the adhesive before applying foam dressing bandage. The cream relaxes the adhesive seal and then it does not pull off new freshly healing skin. Worked every time. Thank you Amazon for making these products available to us, especially during Covid.

Good product, Poor packaging
The product works well for our needs and is economical, with 20 items per box. However, the product boxes are flimsy and are delivered in a thin mailing bag, causing boxes to arrive torn, battered and crushed. I either have to tape boxes back together or put contents in another container, which is inconvenient and time consuming. Product box needs to be more solid or Amazon needs to ship in a cardboard box.
