Good value!
I have several cordierite stones and baking steels, and I have been baking bread and making pizza regularly on them for over 10 years. I purchased this one as a gift for a close relative, and took it upon myself to wash (quickly rinse, actually, just to ensure the mfg process dust was off of it) and dry the stone before bringing it over to their home for a pizza party, then let it mostly dry on the counter, before putting it in the oven for an hour at a medium temp to ensure no moisture was retained. It is now ready to go for this weekend. I was very impressed at the surface finish of this stone compared to my other ones. Quite smooth. Edges are also nicely bevelled. The entire stone was packaged superbly (cushioned all around by at least 1/2-3/4" of foam or cardboard). For the price, this was a good value for a very nice product. Note: getting some discoloration from burnt flour, oils, dropped toppings, etc is normal, and to be expected. Nothing to do about it, unless it really annoys one, in which case you could hit it with a sander if you really wanted to (say in the case of thick, burnt cheese that won't come off with a plastic scraper). Do not use soap or any other cleaner on it, and do not soak it. Not for the dishwasher either.

I bought this for the oven in our camper to distribute the heat evenly. Worked great my Wife was finally able to bake cookies, brownies and such when we go camping

Great pizza stone
We love this for pizza in our toaster oven. It really crisps up the crust. Easy to clean. Just make sure you place it in a cold oven and let it warm up with the oven then cool down with the oven. We use an aluminum pizza peel to slide the pizza in after it is warmed up and to remove when done.

Perfect fit for Commercial Chef Pizza Oven
Upgrade for Commercial Chef Pizza Oven. It comes with a 12 5/8" 10 mm stone and this is a great, and inexpensive upgrade to a 13" 15 mm stone. Excellent heat retention and easy to clean. takes up a little vertical clearance and adds a little weight but still plenty of room and the better function is well worth it.

Not impressed.
Wish I have opened the package sooner, I would have returned it. It is nice and arrived safely packaged and not damaged, but it took forever to dry out after initial rinsing. It takes forever to heat up enough to bake pizza and my oven goes to 550F, it stains easily and I use parchment paper, and it is too bulky to store anywhere but in the oven. It have missed return window, so will try it for open bake sourdough: it does not get hot enough to bake Neapolitan style pizza. Cast iron skillet does better job and is versatile. Perhaps it takes some learning curve but so far I am not impressed. ETA: baked my sourdough and it burnt the bottom at the same temperature as my Dutch oven. At this point it is worthless piece of bulky stone I can only store in the oven. I don’t recommend this product!

After my old pizza stone shattered in the oven, I spent a while deciding if I wanted to try a new one. After many pizzas with lacklustre crusts, I finally chose this one. So far I have been really impressed. It's nice and thick, so it retains lots of heat. And it's big enough for a medium pizza. I use it in combination with a steel pizza peel for excellent results.

I wanted to give it a decent test before writing a review and now after more than a dozen pizzas cooked, I figure I can properly review it. First of all, it came well packaged and in one solid piece. With high density foam surrounding it snugly in the package, it would really have to be mishandled to get damaged in transport. I noticed no odour of any type when I heated it for the first time and have noticed no odours since. As this is not my first pizza stone, the staining and colour change that comes with use was not a surprise to me. From what I have cooked, the stone seems to have excellent heat distribution and cooking multiple small pizzas had them all cooked at the same time. I have also cooked a few loaves of artisan bread on it with excellent results. All in all, this is a fine product and I have found nothing at all to prevent me from giving it a great recommendation. The price is great compared to others on the market and the size is perfect for my oven. I have no worries of my pizza being too large for the stone because if it didn't fit on this stove, chances are it would not fit in my convection oven in the first place. And I can't finish without mentioning the nice bowl/bench scraper that comes with it. That is something I have always wanted to pick up but for some reason never have. I use it on a daily basis, and it has become my constant companion when prepping my meals. It happens to be the perfect size for the bowl I make my pizza dough in as well! It is amazing how such a small unexpected add-on can be such a pleasant surprise.
