These cotton clothes are wonderful. I have very dry, split fingers/hands, and have to use heavy and/or yucky-greasy remedy products on them. I apply these products prior to bedtime and wear these gloves on top to keep the product on all night, and, above all, to keep the lotion/cream/ointment from getting onto my bedding sheets. These gloves do all this, and, as a plus, the gentle elastic at the wrist keeps the gloves from slipping off, yet are not at all tight. The instructions say to "hand-wash" and "air-dry" or use delicate cycle for drying. As for me, I throw them into my "regular" wash and "medium-dry" cycles. No issues, just a bit tighter for the 1st wear, then they just go back to their comfortable fit again. I'm absolutely sold on these gloves, and will stick with them!!

Good thickness and stay on well during the night with lotion on.

I wanted to use these to moisturize my hands at night but had concerns they might not stay on or I would not be able to sleep wearing gloves. Not to worry. They stayed on fine. After slathering my hands with lotion, I crawled into bed and slept just fine. No lotion came through enough but they were thin enough to be comfortable at night.

My hands are average size for a woman and my fingers are not at all chubby, so I ordered the medium. They were very tight even before washing, and one seam started to split almost immediately upon first wearing of the first pair. I'm still able to use them and the seam hasn't completely opened up, but they are much smaller and tighter than expected. I like the elastic wrist, which is neither too tight nor too loose, but it barely makes it to the base of my hand, and the fingers are not quite long enough either. I bought these to put lotion on my dry hands at night, but I feel like I'm rubbing a lot of lotion off by tugging on the gloves to get them on. Everything about these "medium" gloves screams SMALL!
