The steamer arrived timeously and intact. It has been used on various items of clothing including taking the creases out of a top quality wedding dress. It was found to satisfactorily carry out the job for what it was intended and was quite easy to use by both my wife and myself. It was not too heavy to carry and use. The steam output was very good and one has just to keep a close eye on the water tank to ensure that there is enough water in the tank to create the steam. We were quite happy with the overall operation and purchase price and it is not too bulky to take away with you if one is heading for a UK break. Worthwhile buy for intended future users.

I bought this steamer mainly for quick touch-ups and to avoid dragging out the full ironing board, and it's actually turned out to be way more useful than I expected. It heats up fast—ready to go in under a minute—and the steam output is pretty strong for something so compact. Works really well on t-shirts, blouses, and even thicker fabrics like cotton shirts or light jackets. It doesn’t replace an iron if you want super crisp lines, but for everyday use or when I’m in a rush, it does the job. The ceramic steam panel glides smoothly and hasn’t damaged any of my clothes. I also like that it claims to remove bacteria and odours—handy for freshening up things that don’t need a full wash. The 300ml tank gives me about 10 minutes of steam, which is enough to get through a couple of outfits. It’s lightweight and easy to handle, though if I had to nitpick, the water tank could be a little easier to fill. Not a dealbreaker, just a small design thing and also it is a little bit heavy to carry. Overall, I’m really happy with it. It’s ideal for travel or everyday use when you don’t want to spend ages ironing. Great little steamer for the price.

Got this to un crease clothes when I’m in a hurry but I’ve found it really helpful for also using on curtains. Feels relatively heavy but not heavy enough that it gets in the way. Water capacity is ideal, I only fill it up once after a few tops so it’s more than enough. It heats up in maybe 20 seconds so it’s definitely fast enough for most people especially when you’re in a hurry. Takes the wrinkles out of my tops within seconds, found myself using it more than I thought I would. Feels like good quality materials, especially with its weight, doesn’t feel cheap and plasticky. Good size too just about the same as other steamers.

A good item but clearly not new. I see many buyers are having the same problem. The tank had water droplets in it and unit has scratches and marks on it. Not acceptable at all and very dishonest of swan. I see swan have not responded to any of these reviews either. Very poor service.

Easy to use, great quality and easy to travel with.

Good price, works well and easy to use but did sputter a bit at times making wet splash marks but these did dry without leaving any marks. Portable and was perfect for steaming a dress and shirt for a wedding after travelling.

This steamer has been a loyal friend. I'm not a fan of the iron. I'm certainly no fan of the ironing board. You can probably guess what I think about the process of ironing. I have to worry no longer with this bit of kit. Now, I hold out a t shirt sleeve with one hand, while the other shoulder of the t shirt is grasped awkwardly in my armpit. I steam away like an antique locomotive, narrowly avoiding severe burns to my fingers in the process. The end result is a suitably crease-free garment to don and sweatily ruin as I take a short walk to a local shop. The moral of the story is, ironing is annoying, I think. I'm not sure there's any actual moral, obviously. It's a review about a clothes steamer. But, perhaps there's an esoteric pearl of wisdom in there, if someone is willing to find it. Steam away, friends. Steam away.

Perhaps I received a faulty steamer but this was unusable. At first, it worked well, albeit less powerful than I hoped. After ~6 uses it started spitting large streams of boiling water and soaking what I was trying to steam. It would also drip hot water which is dangerous if it fell on your hand. This happened at both settings and altering the amount of water in the container didn't help. I tried several times to ensure everything was slotted in correctly but it would just soak what i was steaming in jets of water. I will return it and won't be getting a replacement in case it is the product.

This clothes steamer is good at only 1 thing, which is spewing hot water onto whatever garment you are trying to steam. I threw it away after trying to take the wrinkles out of 2 different pairs of pants and 2 shirts. It did absolutely nothing other than make me have to re-wash the clothes. I will never buy another product from this company.
