Something you need but don't really want
This is one of those things you buy, rather like a fire extinguisher, that you hope you will never need. If you have young children or grandchildren who travel in your car then travel and sickness are words that have a nasty habit of joining forces. In the old days you might carry a bowl as a precaution or just hope you could find a layby or services, or just somewhere to pull over before the inevitable happened. Experience should tell you that weeks, even months after deep cleaning the remnants of the odour will still linger when you open a locked car, especially on a hot day. These are an ideal sickness first aid kit. They take up little room and can be carried in seat pockets or glove box. They are simple to deal with, don't spill or leak and are easy to dispose of. We have needed them once on a particularly long journey and they solved a problem efficiently and cleanly. Our grandson was fine, didn't need clothes changing and quickly recovered.Hopefully we will never need one again, but it is reassuring to know they are there if we do.

Godsend!
I first purchased these for my young granddaughter as she suffers from travel sickness. Fortunately, the knowledge that she had one to hand seemed to help her anxiety and after a four hour journey to Harry Potter Studios, it remained unused. She still asks for them to be on the safe side, so we’ve always kept them in the car. They are discreet and just fit into the pocket on the back of the seat.More recently we have been adopted by a four month old puppy, who loves being in the car but barfs every single time we go out. We’ve had to pack towels, puppy pads, plastic bags and arrange him on them for every journey and even then, it’s been laundry day with his car seat and donut bed every single time he loses his breakfast. On the last journey, I suddenly remembered these bags, and as strange as it sounds, they’re perfect for him. When he gives a warning, I just open one out, hold it out for him, he pops his snout into the collar opening and barfs. Never thought I’d do a review based on my dog being sick in one rather than my grandchild, but the principle is the same. It’s brilliant, quick twist and it’s all contained (including any nasty niffs) until we can stop to dispose of it in a bin. I don’t know how our pup learnt to put his nose into it, it was just automatic the first time I tried him with it, and he seems happy doing it in there rather than all over himself and the car seat.I would recommend these, and hopefully he’ll grow out of it, but it’s taken the stress out of taking him out with us… and I’ve bought loads of them just in case our granddaughter does ever need one!Ps sorry no photo as I needed two hands to hold it for him! 🤢

They work well for poorly passengers
Great piece of kit to wrap up and throw away. Made good use of a few last week when one of my girls were unwell on our way to docs. Used up 3- still plenty left but I was using bags before which work pretty well too. Only bonus with these are they don’t reshape while using with small fingers when the kids need to hold it while I drive from point a to b. Pretty expensive for that they are though. But beats getting a valet

Great vomit storage device.
I really like my car, yet my youngest childs insides really like trying to stain and ruin the interior of it. He has thrown up in the car twice now. The first time was horrific, it was like the bowels of hell came forth via a portal in his mouth. Days of cleaning, removing seats, many a pound note on cleaning supplies. My mood was really bummed out too, even the Mrs couldn't shake my sadness. After a while, I healed, and the smell went. Then recently again he vomited, not as bad this time, mostly on him (ha, karma! Mwah ha ha), I realised, the only way to really protect the interior is to separate what his belly wants to expel from his body, and the seats and floor in my car. This product does that. Assuming they get it all in the bag, which will be a story for another day....
