Great phone headset for anyone in the customer service industry
These headphones work great. I work from home as a customer service representative so I keep these on for at least 8 hours A-day. The sound quality is excellent. They are super comfortable as well. The adaptability to the Yealink Phone Hand Set.

Very Comfortable
I've been using a phone headset for 20 years so I can work hands free. The Yealink Headset has been the best one for me as far as comfort and construction. Several previous brands did not hold up or did not stay in place making it necessary to adjust the position for good sound quality. The Yealink is trouble free, sounds good and is well made. Would highly recommend this product.

Works GREAT
Bought this for my husband to use on zoom meetings so he doesn't have to yell and the office can't hear his loud voice. lol It works great and he loves it. woot woot. Now I need one that works for his laptop.

works great, but maybe wear a headscarf to save your hair
product arrived very quickly, works as described with pretty good audio quality (for one headphone). only problem for me is that it just didn’t fit on my head very well, and was constantly pulling out hair.

Quality is good for the price, but not actually great.
Quality is good for the price, but not actually great. The foam for the ear is not very comfortable, but it's ok. the volume control is so heavy that it weighs down the headset that I'm forced to use the clip on my shirt so I can avoid having the headset being dragged down and falling off.
